Lindsey's Lived Experience
Like many psychotherapists and consultants, I come to the work of understanding human psychology and personal growth honestly. I consider myself a "wounded healer", and am grateful for the different therapists, and peers who've helped guide me in deep introspection, learning, and skill building over the years.
In addition (as with many wounded healers), I occasionally pull from some of my own lived experiences where appropriate.
