    Lindsey (she/her) offers specialized trauma-informed in-person and telehealth counseling services with a focus on perinatal mental health, supporting those all along the reproductive journey from preconception, pregnancy, to birth preparation and/or recovery, the postpartum and beyond, as well as those who choose not to become parents. Lindsey celebrates and affirms members of the LGBTQIA+ community, practices anti-racism, and is kink and poly friendly.

     

    In addition, Lindsey supports adult clients (18+) experiencing distressing trauma symptoms, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, parenting challenges, and relationship issues.
