Bringing Baby Home is an evidence-based skills workshop program that focuses on baby-proofing partners' relationships and lives for the transition to parenthood.
Bringing Baby Home Program
Bringing Baby Home (BBH) is a psychoeducational, skills-based curriculum that was built with over 20 years worth of research from relationship and parenting experts, Drs. John and Julie Gottman. What I love about the Bringing Baby Home workshop:
"What I love about the Bringing Baby Home workshop from Drs. John & Julie Gottman is that they have taken the incredible research from their work with couples, and have identified and created easy to understand learning materials and program content that move beyond the typical course topics of prenatal & birth classes.
With BBH, they've moved the focus to educating and empowering families on the keys to building a solid, healthy foundation of connection, communication, and ritual to prepare new parents for the emotional and mental challenges of the transition to parenthood.
