What Lindsey brings to her work with clients.

  • Lindsey's Work Experience

Lindsey has over 12 years of experience working in a variety of mental health treatment settings, including residential treatment facilities, therapeutic group homes, community-based mental health clinics, an integrated medical clinic for people experiencing homelessness, as well as private practice in both Seattle, WA and Tempe, AZ.

Lindsey has worked with individuals, couples, families, parent-child dyads (including with both young and adult children), as well as facilitated many therapy and peer support groups. In addition, Lindsey is knowledgeable and skilled at using 12-Step group work to supplement therapy work.

Previous therapy clients include young children (age 5+) through elder adults, LGBTQIA clients, military service members and their loved ones, college-aged students, and those all along the income spectrum. In addition, Lindsey has trained in and facilitated several different training curricula in both private practice and community settings.

Lindsey warmly welcomes diversity at Kaleidoscope Wellness PLLC.

    Lindsey's Lived Experience

Like many psychotherapists and wellness advocates, Lindsey comes to the work of understanding human psychology and personal growth with humility. Lindsey is grateful for the different therapists, family members, friends, peers, strangers and clients who've helped guide her in deep introspection, learning, and skill building over the years.

In addition, Lindsey is married to her best friend and with him coparents their two lovely, neurodivergent children. Lindsey regularly says that being partnered and a parent create some of the best learning opportunities out there.
